Got Zootropolis on DVD yesterday.
So we got to watch it as a family last night
Glad I got to see it myself a couple of times at the cinema - that way I was able to form my own opinion.
Personally, I still enjoy the characters and humour.
The opinions at home were more mixed though. My parents felt the story was pretty slow-moving at the start.
Dad decided it was boring and went off to do other things needing attention.
Mum was more positive, though. She said it's not something she'd watch all the time, but it had its good bits and a good moral and liked some of the characters. She even raised a smirk occasionally.

How the years fly by! Tomorrow will be the 40th Christmas I've known, and January 18th will be my 40th birthday!! 😉 If only I can get rid of this pesky Covid bug, everything would be all right... Have a great Christmas, everyone!! And a Happy New Year!
After weeks of waiting, I've finally got myself two new kittens since I lost Faramir! 😁 Brothers Roopurrt (ginger) and Wilberforce (charcoal) are already settling into their new home. Jaspurr, the oldest cat, has taken to them right away. Our saluki, Mr Tumnus, is trying to be friendly... but they're still rather nervous of the big leggy dog. It's the middle cat Tyndale who has been the jealous one up to now...
My birthday again already! Whew, 38 today!! Where do the years go? 😯

That's nice that you guys got to watch it, though what your dad did, my sister also did - and not just with Zootopia, but also with Inside Out. She kept on getting up and leaving, and I wanted to rip my hair out in frustration: "HOW DO YOU EXPECT TO FORM AN OPINION IF YOU WON'T WATCH THE WHOLE THING?!" But, whatever. I decided her opinion on the subject didn't matter to me.
