.: My Answers :.

  1. How long have you been on DeviantArt?
    Nine years, this July 17th

  2. What does your username mean?
    DCLeadboot is basically an abbreviation of Danbuster Cameronean Leadboot, the full title of my Mad March Hare avatar-character.

  3. Describe yourself in three words.
    Imaginative, friendly and eccentric.

  4. Are you left or right handed?
    Right-handed... or, in Danbuster's case... right-pawed.

  5. What was your first deviation?
    If I'm going back to the literally very first thing that I posted on deviantART, that would be my old-old hand-drawn picture of Martin the Warrior.

    When I first started out here, I was basically playing catch-up for the first few weeks, filling my early gallery with all the artwork I'd made before joining dA that was already on public display through my now equally-old personal website: www.normington.me.uk/danbuster…

    If I was to include my first deviation since joining dA, it would probably be an old Flash-drawing I did for :iconrogerregorroger: years ago... since in those days, it was on account of Roger and his IMP series that I first discovered the community here.

  6. What is your favourite type of art to create?
    For my part, I do a lot of anthropomorphic artwork, featuring my own personal OCs. Digital art mainly, with the occasional hand-coloured traditional piece... and I also make Flash cartoons sometimes.

  7. If you could instantly master a different art style, what would it be?
    Well, as stated previously, I can already animate in Flash... though to be able to do it faster would be nice... ;)
    As far as some new art style is concerned, it'd be useful if I could instantly become good at drawing scenery, as I struggle with that area, being more of a character artist.

  8. What was your first favourite?
    Hmmm, that's going way back... and I have a lot of favourites...  ^^;
    Got a feeling it might be an old Redwall pic, as I was really into those books since way back when...
    Going back to the bottom of my 121st Favourites page, I believe it might be this one?

  9. What type of art do you tend to favourite the most?
    Yup, it would most certainly be anything involving Redwall, Sonic the Hedgehog (mostly Tails), Rayman, and many other anthro characters... and of course, my own fan art.

  10. Who is your all-time favourite deviant artist?
    I have a lot of friends on deviantART... I wouldn't want any of them to feel snubbed by picking a particular favourite! :XD:;;

  11. If you could meet anyone on DeviantArt in person, who would it be?
    Well, many friends on here, I've met already such as :icondoublesnl::iconeuan-the-echidhog::iconluke-the-f0x::iconrogerregorroger:
    As to people I wish I could meet... that would probably be friends I haven't yet met in person, like :iconalexraccoonglider:

  12. How has a fellow deviant impacted your life?
    Again, that would be all my aforementioned friends here!

  13. What are your preferred tools to create art?
    At the first stage, a pencil, paper and eraser. Next, my computer scanner. Finally, Adobe Flash and Photoshop to digitally trace, colour and possibly shade the final product.

  14. What is the most inspirational place for you to create art?
    I guess I don't have any particular place to draw, unless it might be when I have an idea in mind and then I sketch it out while we're watching a DVD of something like a sit-com... (I can still hear the jokes or look up from my work when something funny is happening)

  15. What is your favourite DeviantArt memory?
    Probably having the opportunity to meet up with my friends IRL.

Aside from skyping and using our vid cameras, I wish I could meet you in real life as well if I ever get a chance to fly to the UK one of these days.

Thanks a bunch for the mention ^_^
