A Flash animation based on this old song, Hole in the Ground sung by Bernard Cribbins.
Introducing Cribbs the Cat and Fred the Dog, the Cat 'n Dog Odd Jobs team, this is one of my biggest Flash projects to date. It took about six weeks to complete!!  I've been trying out a few new methods of animation, using more layers for facial features, which is the most complicated part of any character animation! As the story behind this short goes, the pair are working the road when this bloke in a bowler hat comes along and tries to shove his oar in, much to Cribbs' annoyance... Cribbs, Fred and Blake the goat and this animation is Copyright © me. Disclaimer: I observe that the song is not mine. Hole in the Ground was written by Ted Dicks, with lyrics by Myles Rudge and is sung by Bernard Cribbins. It is used here only for non-profit purposes. Update: Now viewable on YouTube here: [link] |
