Drawn about the same time I drew the landscape with Sonic.
Upon learning of my new fibre-tip ink pen, my art tutor had me try drawing a landscape with just the ink pen. She means to let her students try new stuff, of course... ;)
This was really somewhat experimental, with me seeing what sort of shading effects I could achieve with cross-hatch and dotting techniques.

Again, based on a picture that I worked from. Actually, this turned out fairly well... except for the awful reflections on the water. That looks more like an oil slick! ^^;
