First of three in a mini-project.
This is basically a look at how the Dan Clan and Retsubnad have their own teams in their world, both on opposite sides but with a common role for their personnel.


Danbuster is considered the leader of the Dan Clan - not the brightest of sparks and something of an impish punster who takes few things seriously, but dedicated to standing up for everything good and just, and carrot cheesecake.

Retsubnad is his own driving force in a quest for world-domination - a cunning plotter and a gifted caster of Elemental magic, however his obsession with wanting to be respected drives him to megalomania.

I have this new method lately of drawing the artwork by hand in pencil, then vector-line tracing and colouring in Flash! ;)
Gives me clean cartoony results!

That's the best way to compose art it seems. I do something similar, but I don't use vector. I actually ink the sketches and scan them, clean them up in Gimp and color in Gimp. But year way sounds better. Eventually I'll work my way up to those techniques. But yeah, your work looks a lot cleaner now.

No, I'm not familiar with Thoronraw. I've been so out of the loop for almost a year now. Just slowly getting back now.
